Songsalive! will be present at this year's South By Southwest Festival in Austin, Texas in a variety of ways this March 16-20 . A Cd Sampler featuring 22 artists, a "get promoted" program hand delivering cds to business execs, artist showcases, industry panels, a TV show, plus a booth.

Songsalive! president and artist, Gilli Moon www.gillimoon.com, and Artist Relations coordinator, Toni Koch, will be representing Songsalive! this year at the annual SXSW music conference. Partnering up with Go Girls Music, etunz.com and Blue Metallic Group to create showcases, industry panels and networking events, Songsalive! is also representing a swag of wonderful artists and songwriters through two programs: the Songsalive! CD Sampler 7, and the 'Get Promoted' conference program.

First off the plane, the Songsalive! team will be attending a special Blue Metallic Group event at Oslo's in downtown Austin. Friday night 18th, 8.30pm,Gilli Moon will be performing and speaking on behalf of Songsalive! on the Austin Music Network www.austinmusicnetwork.org also viewable on Channel 15. Friday afternoon, Gilli speaks on a touring panel at Go Girls Music SXSW Invasion seminars at Oslo's and she hosts the Go Girls SXSW Invasion showcase at Love on the Lawn.

During this time, Songsalive! will be sharing a booth with etunz.com at the SXSW Music Conference, where we will be representing over 50 songwriters and their music in two special programs. In the "Get Promoted" program, artists will have their CDs and materials presented to various music executives and be on display at the booth.

Also, the Songsalive! CD Sampler 7 will be launched at SXSW.

A unique way to pitch, license or get radio airplay of your music worldwide, Songsalive releases one Sampler a year and also offers a network of opportunities for songwriters to get their music out to the world. This Sampler will be heard by a huge network of music industry people waiting for "that next hit song" including large network of music supervisors, publishers, record company A&R reps, producers, music festivals, trade shows, managers, radio stations and artists around the world by direct and personal contact, and through the world's largest music conventions.

The seventh in the Sampler Series, The Songsalive! CD sampler features songwriter members from around the globe, including Great Britain, Australia, The U.S.A and Canada. The Songsalive CD Sampler 7 exhibits at SXSW Austin Texas throughout March 16-20, various European festivals in June, the Independent Music Conference, Philadelphia in September, and Australian music conferences towards end 05.
