***Songsalive! International Calendar of Events: Songwriter Workshops &
Showcases October/November 2006***

How's your week so far? First up, Second Tuesdays, is our San Francisco CA
Songsalive! Showcase at Cafe Infusion, a place where art, music, good
conversation and a friendly atmosphere make this a monthly event not to miss
with Stephen Kacsmar hosting. Next, we have Melissa Mullins hosting the
return of Austin, TX Songsalive! Showcase now at the Cafe Caffeine on Second
Thursdays. Melissa is booking artists ahead so go to the chapters page on
our website and click on Texas for details. Coming up, Third Sundays, the
Byron Bay, AUS Songsalive! Songwriters Workshop with Jo Young. A good place
to meet other songwriters while travelling down under. Finally this week,
for those in the northeast, Boston MA Songsalive! Songwriter Workshop, also
on Third Sundays, at Chris's place in Worster Square, complete with piano,
good songwriter atmosphere for an afternoon of song critiques and exercises.
CHECK THIS OUT: We are looking for songwriters to perform a benefit concert
for "The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society" on Thurs. Oct. 26 in Ben Lomond, CA
(in the Santa Cruz Mountains) with a special Songsalive! Showcase, hosted
by Rhett McNair and friends at The Earth Retreat. More details on our

Patrice Bivins, coordinator for our Huntsville, AL chapter near Nashville,
is looking for songwriters to perform Third Thursdays at the cool House of
